On all our wood-burning stoves and inserts — the Aquaflam, Flamingo and Masterflamme ranges — we cover shipping across the Czech Republic in full. No minimum order, no hidden conditions.

For accessories (chimney pipes, building materials, fireclay, fireplace add-ons) we calculate shipping based on address. We work with trusted carriers — ONE, PPL and Zásilkovna for parcels, DHL for pallet transport. Never any packaging or hidden fees.

We work closely with leading packaging manufacturers who fine-tune the packaging for each product line individually.

Robust packaging for every unit

Every stove leaves the factory on a wooden pallet, secured with plastic stretch film and corner protectors. Working with our packaging partners, we have reduced transport damage claims to a minimum.

Insurance during transport

Your shipment is insured for the entire journey from Broumov to your door. Please inspect the packaging before signing upon delivery — any damage is resolved within 24 hours.

    Order

    Choose your model, colour and accessories in the e-shop or via the enquiry form.

  2. 2

    Confirmation and shipping

    We will get back to you within 24 hours — we verify the address and access. Shipping is free on our own products (stoves, inserts). For accessories we calculate the exact shipping cost.

  3. 3

    Production and packaging

    In Broumov we assemble the stove, test it and pack it to our standard on a pallet.

  4. 4

    Delivery

    Once the stove is manufactured, we call you to confirm the exact dispatch day.

  5. 5

    Handover

    You inspect the packaging, sign for receipt and receive complete warranty documentation.
