What happens from the moment you place an order to the handover of goods — and what to do if you need to make a claim or return something.

📜

Introductory Provisions

● Seller: HS Flamingo s.r.o., IČO 27488683, registered office třída Osvobození 65, 550 01 Broumov.
● These terms govern the sale of wood-burning stoves and fireplace inserts to end customers.
● Wholesale cooperation is governed by a separate agreement — see Partner Registration.

🛒

● Orders are accepted through our dealers, the e-shop at obchod.hsflamingo.cz, or direct contact.
● After placing an order, we will contact you within 24 hours (on business days).
● The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by HS Flamingo.
● We reserve the right not to dispatch goods if an order contains obvious pricing errors.

💳

● Prices are stated in CZK including VAT and apply according to the current price list.
● Payment: advance invoice (after order confirmation) or cash on delivery.
● Balance due before dispatch. For partner retailers, the terms agreed in the contract apply.

🚚

● Standard delivery time 5–15 business days from payment of the advance. Atypical models up to 6 weeks.
● Shipping: own vehicle (from 1 490 CZK), pick-up at a dealer (free), delivery + installation (on request).
● Upon delivery, inspect the packaging before signing — report any damage within 24 hours.

🛡️

● Standard 5-year warranty on structural defects (after registration within 30 days of purchase).
● The warranty does not cover wear parts (glass, firebrick, seals) or damage caused by improper use.
● Submit a claim via the form at /en/returns/ or at servis@hsflamingo.cz.

● A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely (e-shop) within 14 days of receipt.
● Return: goods in original packaging, unused, complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
● Refunds are issued within 14 days of the goods being returned to the account.
● Custom-made (bespoke) models are not subject to withdrawal.

● Consumers may resolve disputes out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).
● EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

● These terms are effective from 1 January 2026.
● We reserve the right to make changes; the version current at the time of order always applies.
