How it works
Three steps to a repair.
Describe the issue
A brief description of the problem, when it appeared, and how often it recurs. Photos or a short video are very helpful.
Provide proof of purchase
Invoice, installation certificate, and model + serial number (on the type plate at the back/bottom).
Submit the form
The service department will contact you within 3 working days and arrange a repair appointment.
What we handle
Warranty, out of warranty, returns.
Warranty repair
The defect is covered by the 5-year warranty — we handle it free of charge, including the technician's travel.
Out-of-warranty repair
We will inform you of the standard service price upfront. No hidden fees.
14-day return
Only for purchases made through the e-shop. The stove must be in its original packaging, unused.
