For the warranty to apply.

Product registration

After installation, you fill in the short registration form below. This activates the warranty extension of three years beyond the statutory period.

Professional installation

Water-heating stoves are installed by a heating engineer. An inspection technician issues the flue inspection before commissioning. Keep the record — it is part of the warranty.

Recommended fuel

Dry hardwood with moisture content below 20%. No waste, no wet wood, no coal.

Regular chimney inspection

At least once a year as required by regulation. The inspection record is part of the documentation.

What the warranty covers

  • Combustion chamber and its integrity
  • Body of the stove and fireplace insert
  • Mechanical parts — handles, hinges, brackets
  • Functionality of the water heat exchanger

What the warranty does not cover

  • Glass damaged by impact or unsuitable fuel
  • Fireclay lining — consumable material
  • Door seal — wear through use
  • Damage caused by overheating or incorrect operation

In the event of a defect

Report the defect by email or via the web form. We'll get back to you within three working days and resolve it remotely or through our authorised partners.
