Flamingo stoves offer a standard option for connecting an external air supply. For the most efficient combustion possible, the incoming air is further divided into primary (below the grate), secondary for glass washing, and tertiary for supporting the combustion of gaseous particles.
The firebox is designed to achieve high efficiency and low fuel consumption, which averages 2,5 kg per hour. The combustion chamber is made from heavy-gauge steel plate and is lined with genuine fireclay for more complete combustion. Secondary combustion, a beautifully clean glass, and an external air supply are standard features of Flamingo stoves. The entire combustion process is controlled by two levers: the first regulates the primary air supply needed for lighting and kindling the wood, while the second supports secondary combustion.
