The AQUAFLAM 12 fireplace inserts feature many above-standard accessories, which significantly outperform competing products. The innovative elements are aimed primarily at improving the operation of the fireplace insert. The materials used are carefully selected to achieve the highest quality. For customer safety, the fireplace inserts are equipped as standard with a cooling loop and a permanently open tertiary air supply, which prevents the accumulation of gases in the combustion chamber. The basic and automatic control also closes the air supply in the event of overheating. AQUAFLAM fireplace inserts meet the most stringent European standards, including BImSchV – Stufe 2, 15a B-VG, DINplus, and Flamme Verte.

AUTOMATIC COMBUSTION CONTROL

The automatic control manages the heating circuit in which the Aquaflam combustion appliance, or other heat sources, serves as the heat source. The combustion process is controlled automatically by an air damper, which works in conjunction with the control unit. The heat produced is directed to the domestic hot water (DHW) storage tank, accumulation tank, and central heating distribution system. The controller incorporates three sensors and is also capable of controlling three pumps. Thanks to the graphic display, you instantly receive information on the temperatures of individual sensors, whether the pumps or another heat source are active. This control system saves you a great deal of time in regulating the insert, increases your safety, and reduces fuel consumption.
